Resolved Question: Does all AT&T DSL run on same lines?

We have DSL express through AT&T and want to upgrade to express. I went online and ordered the upgrade and they said it was available. They processed the order and Sao it was complete but nothing changed. After many phone calls a lady told NE I could upgrade the DSL unles I went to uverse. Is that true or does Regular DSL run over the same line and and they should be able to just allow the faster speed? I think thy we're just trying to upsell me with a tv package as well...
